We will assign you to instruct accounting for overseas group companies, maintain and operate the consolidated financial statement system as a listed company, and support the promotion of overseas M&A projects. - Provide accounting guidance to overseas group companies and support the maintenance and operation of the consolidated financial statement system and promote overseas M&A projects. - Aim to reduce tax risks (such as transfer pricing tax regulations and tax haven regulations) and tax costs across the Menicon group. - Provide guidance and education to stakeholders of Menicon and overseas group companies to enhance the timely disclosure system and strengthen internal controls.
